ProFood project funded by the European agency ERASMUS+
As an important outcome from the ProFood project funded by the European agency ERASMUS+, the version 0 of the online learning resource dedicated to the latest knowledge about plant protein use in food is now being tested by engineer student from Polytech Sorbonne, Agroalimentaire. Next year, It will represent a common course in the master curricula of 4 institutions, Polytech Sorbonne, Agroparistech and Universities of Copenhagen and Milano. A coming open source is also to be expected.
